Our pHitness pHorever program focuses on fitness and conditioning and is designed to progressively improve your overall strength and wellness.
You will receive a training program customized to your current level of fitness and conditioning. From there the program will take you to levels beyond what you thought you could achieve. Each week becoming more challenging all while improving your strength, ability and self-esteem at the same time. Your program becomes unique to your needs and not some standard workout that can be used on anyone.

Youth Conditioning Programs
Are you a young athlete? Need to improve your nutrition and or athletic ability for a sport. Our advanced level programs can make you more energetic, faster, stronger, and athletic. We have a program to fill those strength and conditioning gaps in your game. If bigger, faster, stronger, is your desire then you need to see us. We develop programs for all levels of athletes from middles school all the way to the professional level.
Strength and Conditioning Programs
Get a fitness plan designed for your individual strength and conditioning needs. We design fitness plans for the occasional gym goers up to the most elite of athletes to build up strength and conditioning.
Need a solid program but may be too far away for regular 1-on-1 sessions? No problem. On this program our clients are required to upload photos and some basic measurements each week using our web site. We analyze this information and will make adjustments to your program based on your progress. You have full access to our fitness instructors and nutritionists via email, text and phone. We are here to support you.
8 Weeks (Training, Nutrition)
An Aggressive training schedule. Recommended for knowledgeable or semi-experienced trainees.
12 Weeks (Training, Nutrition)
A solid based training schedule. Recommended for those focused on achieving their goal in a reasonable time frame.
16 Weeks (Training, Nutrition)
Recommended for someone with a longer term goal or having less fitness and nutritional experience.

We have a program that is right for you! Contact us for specific program pricing and a detailed description of the many program benefits and how they directly relate to your specific health goals. We develop a program around your individual needs and do not offer assembly line programs because we believe they do not work, plain and simple!
Our work is an investment in you and we must believe you are as totally invested in your success as we are. As you know with any investment there is an initial upfront cost, ours is the time spent customizing your program, yours is the price of the program. Together we will begin a journey committed to your goals and we won’t let you stop until you reach them. All program payments are due in full prior to developing your plan for success.
