Our classes are “semi” private and are grouped in 4 or less individuals.

  • Abs and Core- Designed to target the areas of the Abdominals and Core
  • Glutes and Hams- Designed to target and strengthen the area of the Glutes and Hamstrings
  • Friday Morning Freak Show- Morning Full Body Conditioning Class
  • Saturday Morning Sweat Off-High Intensity Full Body Conditioning Class
